We’re partnering with National Pharmacies

National Pharmacies is a South Australian icon, woven into the fabric of life here for more than a century. We’re really pleased to share that we’ve just been appointed as their strategic communications partner.

We’ve formed a shared ambition: making sure their brand and communications keep pace with what’s shaping up to be an important business evolution.

That means working closely with the member-led community pharmacy group to build a category-breaking strategic platform, one that reflects who National Pharmacies is today and strengthens their place as a leading healthcare provider for members and customers.

It’s a genuine privilege to help shape the next chapter for a brand this iconic, and we’ve already got a seriously ambitious team on it.

Our Chair & CEO, David O’Loughlin, put it well:

“In the midst of the struggles in the healthcare sector generally, National Pharmacies is at a pivotal moment in their esteemed history. Their desire to go beyond current norms and stake out a more meaningful place in their members’ lives is very clear. This ambition energises us and it is shared. We know that the brave partnership that comes from it will deliver resilient and breakthrough work.”

Alex Palin, CCO at National Pharmacies, framed the brief clearly: “We were looking for a strategic partner with the capability to help us build on that legacy while bringing fresh thinking and a deep understanding of our ambitions. KWP+Partners demonstrated a strong strategic approach, creative expertise and a genuine commitment to understanding our business and our members.”

We’ve already got plenty in the pipeline. Watch this space.
